This spectacular project was designed in 2007-2008 by Ateliers Jean Nouvel with my firm, Touraine Richmond Architects, serving as "Local Design Architect." Our role was to ensure conceptual relevance and continuity and to provide project management during the concept and schematic design phases. Sadly, this beautiful building was one of the first victims of the financial crisis of 2008.
