Innovation is what happens when disciplines collide, overlap and yield new forms of seeing.  It is also what happens when designers put people first and begin the process of creating through careful research and a cultivated literacy of situations, sites, human behaviors and systemic, analytical thinking.  In the projects that follow, my architectural practice was transformed by the people who hired me and became my collaborators, teachers and sherpas through new and rigorous methodologies.
